The Lake Adger Development in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains has created the perfect environment for peaceful coexistence of community and nature. 

Inside this community, the Kingfisher Lake House has ample comfortable space to congregate or find some privacy to sit back and enjoy.  Walk down to the lake and enjoy a stunning sunset or lazy kayak around the lake.

A well-equipped kitchen and outside Weber grill allow preparation of fresh home cooked meals on your own schedule. Indoor and Outdoor dining areas provide plenty of room for your group to gather.

14 miles of Hiking/Equestrian trails await in short walking distance from the Home.  For the road cyclist there are miles of roads inside the Lake Adger development with limited automobile traffic.  Be prepared, there are plenty of hills to challenge your fitness.

For a more refreshing experience do a little swimming off the dock.  You will have access to (4) Kayaks and (2) Stand-Up Paddle boards.  It is 3 miles to the other side of the lake with many coves to explore along the way.  For the really energetic try the paddle up the Green River once you get to the other side of the lake.

The Kingfisher Lake House is spacious and comfortable.  Lake Adger is beautiful and refreshing, peaceful and relaxing.  However the most important feature of this property is the opportunity to reconnect with family and friends in a worry free environment.  Shared activities between children and grandparents, brother and sister, or father and son provide memories to last a life time.
